I’m finally blogging my best friend’s wedding reception from back in November! Rebranding my entire business has certainly gotten me behind on blogging and it would be easier to share more recent work but I had to share this wedding that was a perfect mix of rustic and glamour!

Carrie and Justin eloped in June but planned an intimate and romantic reception in November. Carrie being the planner she is, every last detail was on point! It’s so her to have sparkles intertwined with nature and rustic furniture. I was totally in love not only with the decor but also Carrie and Justin’s ever adorable love for each other. High school sweethearts that came back together years later, never having forgotten each other. After 10 + years of history it didn’t take them long after finally deciding to date to tie the not. They started dating in March and were married by June. It’s been such a joy to watch their love story unfold and their wedding reception was an absolutely perfect celebration of their love!

Since I wasn’t just Carrie’s Wedding photographer but also her Maid of Honor I had to prepare a speech. I’m pretty much the worst ever at public speaking so I almost had an anxiety attack. I made it through it but not without crying of course. I got really emotional especially since I knew that they are becoming parents to a baby boy soon! I’m so happy for you Carrie and Justin and I can’t wait to keep watching your love story, I wish you many joyful years of marriage!
